Directory Lookup Configuration for Entourage 2008

Entourage 2008

1.  Within Entourage, click the “Entourage” menu, then “Account Settings…”.

2.  Click the “Directory Service” tab, then click “New”.

 
3.  On the “Account Setup Assistant” window, click the “Configure Account Manually” button in the bottom-left corner.

 
4.  At the “Edit Account” window, enter the following information:
    Account name:  your preference
    LDAP server:  directory.caltech.edu

 
5.  Still at the “Edit Account” window, click the “Options” tab.  Enter ou=people,ou=imss,o=caltech,c=us in the “Search base:” field.  Click “OK” to close.

 
6.  At the “Accounts” window, click the red button in the upper-left corner to close the window.
