IMSS is excited to announce that a new ServiceNow Portal will be launching soon. This new portal will provide a modern and improved way for the Caltech community to request IMSS services, report issues, and track support requests.
The ServiceNow Portal will replace the IMSS Caltech Help ticket system and will offer a more streamlined experience for submitting and managing requests. The goal of the new portal is to make it easier and faster for users to find help, submit requests, and follow the progress of their tickets in one convenient place.
Some of the benefits of the new Service Portal include:
• A simplified and user-friendly interface
• Easy submission and tracking of service requests
• A centralized location for multiple campus services
• Improved communication and visibility into request status
Over time, additional campus departments will also be added to the ServiceNow Portal. This will allow the Caltech community to visit a single location to request services across multiple areas of campus, depending on the type of support needed. Whether you need IT assistance or other campus services, the Service Portal will serve as a central hub for support and access.
