Starting May 18th, IMSS will launch a new online ticketing system—the ServiceNow Portal—for the Caltech community. The portal will replace the Caltech IMSS Help ticket system and make requesting help, submitting tickets, and tracking progress easier and more efficient.
Submitting Tickets in Caltech ServiceNow
- A link to the new Caltech ServiceNow portal will be available on the IMSS homepage on May 18th.
- You may continue to create IMSS tickets by emailing [email protected].
Other groups such as Card Office, Procurement, and Campus Security will continue to use the older Caltech Help system.
We are excited to bring this new capability to the Caltech community and look forward to providing a better and more unified support experience for everyone on campus.
