About the Help Desk
The IMSS Help Desk offers a variety of IT related support services including assistance with hardware and software for Windows PCs, Macs, Linux PCs and most common mobile platforms. We also provide support for many services summarized below. Please use the Caltech ticket system so we can route your issues to the right department.
