Approximately four times per year, one or more of our Oracle-based systems are taken offline for maintenance. For your planning purposes, the IMSS IBS team, in conjunction with our customers, has determined the best outage dates through 2022 and shown below.
The most common systems include but are not limited to those listed below.
- Oracle Applications
- Applications dependent on Oracle, such as AiM Customer Portal, Online Payslip, and Online W2 forms
- Applications dependent on Exeter, such as REGIS
- Kronos Timekeeping
- OBI Data Warehouse
- Note: many of the access.caltech applications are considered Oracle dependent and would likely be affected by these outages.
