Duo Device Management

The Duo Device Management Portal can be used to manage authentication methods. You must have an access.caltech account and a valid Duo second-factor method to access the Duo Device Management Portal.

Accessing the Device Management Portal

  1. Log in to access.caltech and select the link titled "Duo Registration and Management". Alternatively, browse directly to https://caltech.login.duosecurity.com/devices
  2. You will see the familiar Microsoft-based login page with the Beckman Institute background image. Log in using your [email protected] followed by your access.caltech password.
  3. Complete multi-factor authentication using one of your existing authentication methods.

New User Enrollment

For security purposes, new users can no longer complete the initial Duo enrollment using the Device Management portal. New Duo users will be enrolled using the Duo Mobile smartphone app. When your Caltech account is first activated, you will receive a text message with a link to activate Duo. First install the Duo Mobile app, then open that link on the same device to complete the activation.
