To log in to Office 365 please follow the instructions below. Please note that this is the same log in procedure for anything Office 365 (Email & Calendar, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Planner).
- Go to the main Office 365 portal at https://office.com
- On the top right, click Sign in
- Enter your access.caltech username in the form email@example.com (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) and click Next
- NOTE: This may not be the same as your preferred email address.
5. Confirm your username and enter your access.caltech password
6. If your account has been enabled for Duo, you will see the prompt for Duo authentication
7. Select an authentication method
8. Clicking the App Launcher (waffle) on the Suite Bar at the top left displays the services that are enabled for your account
