Microsoft Whiteboard is a digital canvas where people can share ideas and content. This app is part of Office 365 and is enabled for all active users.

Instructions
Whiteboard Web App
To access Whiteboard web app,
- Log in to Office 365 at https://portal.office.com
- In the app launcher (waffle), select Whiteboard
- Create a new Whiteboard or access one of your previous Whiteboards
Sharing a Whiteboard
To share a Whiteboard within the Whiteboard web app,
- Open the Whiteboard
- In the ribbon, select the share icon
- Select Create a share link or Invite by email
Whiteboard via Teams
To start a Whiteboard during a Teams meeting,
- Click Share
- A list of windows and apps will display, on the far right, select Microsoft Whiteboard
- This will load the Whiteboard in your Teams meeting and participants in your meeting will be able to see your edits.

Via Teams
- Meeting participants can go to the Calendar tab and click on the meeting invite
- In the meeting invite menu, click the Whiteboard tab

- Log in to Office 365, via https://portal.office.com
