Microsoft Whiteboard is a digital canvas where people can share ideas and content. This app is part of Office 365 and is enabled for all active users.

• Whiteboard via Teams

To access Whiteboard web app,

• Log in to Office 365 at https://portal.office.com
• In the app launcher (waffle), select Whiteboard
• Create a new Whiteboard or access one of your previous Whiteboards

Sharing a Whiteboard

To share a Whiteboard within the Whiteboard web app,

• Open the Whiteboard
• In the ribbon, select the share icon

• Select Create a share link or Invite by email

To start a Whiteboard during a Teams meeting,

• Click Share

• A list of windows and apps will display, on the far right, select Microsoft Whiteboard

• This will load the Whiteboard in your Teams meeting and participants in your meeting will be able to see your edits.

Via Teams

• Meeting participants can go to the Calendar tab and click on the meeting invite
• In the meeting invite menu, click the Whiteboard tab

Via Whiteboard Web App

• Log in to Office 365, via https://portal.office.com
• In the app launcher (waffle), select Whiteboard
