Effective January 1, 2027, IMSS will discontinue billing for the Audix voicemail service, which is accessed by dialing x3100 or 626-395-3100.
Audix is a legacy system that is more than 35 years old and has reached end-of-life status. Departments and individuals currently paying the $6.00 monthly fee for this service will no longer be charged.
Important points
- The service will continue to be available after January 1, 2027; however, no new Audix voicemail accounts will be provisioned.
- The Audix voicemail service may experience interruptions or failures and IMSS cannot guarantee the reliability of the service.
