Various departments on campus are reporting callers posing as Caltech employees and asking for personal information like the UID. We do not recommend sharing individuals' personal information including UID via a non-campus phone or an unknown cell phone number.
Remain vigilant and be aware of these impersonators trying to obtain confidential information. Report any concerns or threats to Help@caltech.edu

Take a Cybersecurity awareness course to see how well you understand the phishing tricks.
From access.caltech.edu, go to the Self Services section and the select Mylearn (you will need to use your access credentials to login) link. From the MyLearn homepage, click on Course Catalog and then click the Computer Security folder. Within this folder, you will find the Cybersecurity Awareness Knowledge Precheck course along with many other helpful security related courses.
