Safari users: A "Caltech Shibboleth Login Services -Stale Request" message may appear when using Shibboleth Single Sign On to applications like Zoom and Box. IMSS recommends using Chrome or Firefox. The issue has been reported on Mac computers and iOS devices and recommends clearing your cache to resolve the immediate issue.
