VPN maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, December 19, from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. No service interruptions are expected, however some connections may need to be re-established.
Please note that this is an upgrade to the appliance software and not a client upgrade. If you have upgraded to Big Sur and need the new VPN client, please request it from the Help Desk at https://help.caltech.edu or help@caltech.edu.
