Postbox

Postbox supports modern authentication and Multi-factor authentication (MFA/Duo) for Office 365. Postbox must be configured as follows.

Initial Configuration

Enter the configuration details indicated on the screenshot if this is the first time that you are configuring Postbox.

Reconfiguration Instructions

  • Navigate to Postbox > Preferences
  • Select the Accounts Tab

Outgoing Mail Server

  • On the left navigation go to Ongoing Server
  • Configure the account settings as indicated on the screenshot
