If this is your first time using your alumni account and you have never reset your password, please reset your password and configure your password recovery questions before configuring your email.
Outlook Configuration Instructions

Note: Alumni are provisioned with a Microsoft A1 license, which does not include access to the Outlook desktop application. To use Outlook, alumni must either:
- Sign in with a personal Microsoft account first to Outlook that already includes an Outlook license, or
- Purchase a separate Outlook license independently via the Microsoft Store.
IMSS recommends using Outlook on the web, which is included with the A1 license.

- Open Outlook.
2. Enter your email in the format [email protected] (e.g. [email protected])

3. Click Connect
4. If this window appears, click the box next to "Don't ask me about this website again" and click Allow.

5. Uncheck the box next to "Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too", click Done
