Stop Read.AI From Joining My Zoom Meetings

Read.AI is blocked from our Caltech environment, but you may find that it still joins your meetings. This may be due to you granting permissions for Read.AI before it was blocked from our environment.

When Read joins the meeting, it will send a chat message that lists who invited it. To stop it from joining your meetings, try these steps:

1. Enter your email into https://app.read.ai/analytics/signin
2. Select "Forgot Password" if you don't know the password
3. If you don't receive a Forgot Password request, please send a support request to read.ai and ask for a password reset link: https://support.read.ai/hc/en-us/requests/new
4. Once logged in, access the Read.ai settings page
5. On the left side, select Advanced options.
6. There should be a red Delete Account button at the bottom. Click it.
7. After confirming deletion, you shouldn't see read.ai join your meetings anymore.*
